As used in these Delivery Services Terms and Conditions ("Delivery Terms"), "we" means Access Computech Pvt Ltd and "you" means the individual or entity engaging us for delivery services, including scheduled delivery, basic hook up, room of choice or inside entry delivery, installation, assembly, haul-away, and any other delivery service we offer ("Delivery Services") for product(s) you purchase on Acpl.in.net. We offer Delivery services to limited locations directly serviced by our Delivery partner by Surface Transport only and you are requested to contact us on contact information provided on site to confirm the availability of Deliver service.
We will provide the Delivery Services you engage us to perform for the ordered product(s), directly or through a third-party service provider, in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. The Delivery Services are nonrefundable once service is completed. If you do not follow the Guidelines, or for other safety or local code reasons, we may in our sole discretion decline to perform or we may reschedule services in whole or in part and issue you a full or partial refund. We will also not disassemble, deconstruct, or break down any product for haul-away service.
We may amend these terms and conditions at our sole discretion by posting revised terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Delivery Services after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Delivery Services is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Conditions of Use. You agree to those terms by orderering products through Acpl.in.net.
